INTERAI is an AI-powered room redesign tool that allows users to upload photos of their rooms and receive AI-generated redesigned versions in various aesthetic styles.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
New accounts receive 1 free generation credit. Additional credits may be purchased as one-time credit packs and do not expire.
Refunds: Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase upon request. Used credits are non-refundable. If the AI fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit will be returned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree not to upload photos of other people's homes without their permission, upload illegal or offensive content, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited licence to process it through our AI service to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos you submit.
AI-generated room redesigns are provided for inspiration and personal use. We make no warranties about the accuracy or quality of AI-generated images. AI-generated images may be used for your personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
